Different venues have accompanying posters, including Late-Breaking Work, Doctoral Consortium, Student Research Competition, and Student Design Competition.
All posters will be placed on vertical boards measuring 946mm wide and 2340mm high, meaning posters will ideally be in portrait orientation and A0 size. All materials needed to put the posters up (pins, adhesive tape etc) will be provided at the conference.
You should have received notification of which rotation your poster will be in: either Rotation 1 (Tuesday) or Rotation 2 (Wednesday). For Rotation 1, please put your poster up in the morning on Tuesday in time for the first coffee break, and take it down by Wednesday morning at the very latest. This will allow Rotation 2 posters to be put up on Wednesday morning in time for the coffee break. Rotation 2 posters should be removed on Wednesday evening.
All poster boards at the conference will be numbered, and so authors will need to find the number matching their submission in the allocation provided by the LBW chairs.
